At Timex, we stand behind the quality of our timepieces and offer a 30-day return policy for products in their original, unworn condition. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make the return process simple and efficient to ensure your peace of mind.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Return Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Download and print the prepaid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Watch

  Securely place the watch in its original packaging, including all manuals and tags, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized UPS location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
